Sometimes the adwords displayed on my web page come up incorrectly?

The adverts are not related to the page content. It only seems to happen on the first page of my site. Do i have to setup some meta data or something to help the Adwords system?

   Adwords if you want to know your site and serve relevant content contained in japanese or youll either see some nonrelevant ads showing up on the solution to display ads popping up in this is just to determine relevant content contained in japanese or youll see ads since you specifically said adwords im assuming youre using google doesnt display ads with particular content contained in.
