What is the name of this kind of Internet advertising. For example if I go to a Web site as www.website.com and go to another Web site, wait a few seconds up to the 'skip' and below it will show a Web site. So now that the ads are called blacklabel.

   The type of ads are called “interstitial ads.”

   (BlackLabelAds is the name of an ad network where you can run interstitial ads, but you can run this type of ad through other networks, too.)
